I am not aware of any of the dreams I have at night, but daydreaming is natural to me and I am fully cognizant of my daydreams.  During my daydreams I believe God talks with me and shares His thoughts and plans for me and redirects or affirms mine.  One day I saw a vision of Christ’s hands holding up a cross. The vision was so clear and detailed that I stopped and began to doodle my first rendering of God’s vision given to me…His hands pierced, yet faithfully maintaining a grip on a cross.  Then the words came to me…the One who died on the cross for me now helps to bear my cross.  He assures us that wherever we go, He goes with us and upholds us with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10), and His promise that neither shall any man pluck them out of My Hand (John 10:28).

This vision was my “Kairos Moment.”  Kairos is defined as an appointed time; an opportune, critical, or set time that must be seized; where preparation meets opportunity…because we all have a cross or crosses to bear.

I share this vision to encourage, assure and ensure that He is always with you.  Prayerfully, these designs will remind you that there is no cross too large or too great that He does not help you carry.

About the Artist

The designer, Judson Odom, is an entrepreneur, including electrical contracting, condiment development, in addition to designing Christian jewelry.

Judson, a resident of Chattanooga, and a “PK” (preacher’s kid), accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior at an early age and shares Christ’s love through his work.
